Tasting Notes: Orange Blossom & Peach
Tea: White Peony - Pai Mu Tan (China) and Sencha (China)
80°C + 1.5 teaspoon + steep 1-2 minutes
Pour 250ml of 100°C water over 1.5 teaspoons of loose leaf tea (approx. 2.5g of tea). Steep for 1-2 minutes, or until desired strength of brew.
