Tea: Sencha (China)
80°C + 1 teaspoon + steep 1-2 minutes
Pour 250ml of 80°C water over 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea (approx. 2.5g of tea). Steep for 1-2 minutes, or until desired strength of brew.
