Our First Flush Darjeeling, also known as the Champagne of tea, is hand picked during mid-March to early April, in the foothills of the Himalayas, in Northeastern India.  Our superior quality Darjeeling brews a delicate and slightly floral cup.

Tasting Notes: Cedar, Grape & White Peach

Origin: Pussimbing Tea Estate, Ambootia Tea Estate & Phoobering Tea Estate - Darjeeling (India)

90°C + 1 heaped teaspoon + steep 2-3 minutes

Pour 250ml of 90°C water over 1 heaped teaspoon of loose leaf tea (approx. 3g of tea). Steep for 2-3 minutes, or until desired strength of brew.
