Hand-picked in the Fujian Province, China, this superior white tea is made from the silver buds and first two leaves. It is known for its high level of antioxidants, delicate flavour and subtle fruity tones. This superior white tea has a delicate flavour and a light liquor, and was selected due to its larger leaf and high bud to leaf ratio.

Tea: White Peony - Pai Mu Tan (China)
80°C + 1 teaspoon + steep 1-2 minutes
Pour 250ml of 80°C water over 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea (approx. 2g of tea). Steep for 1-2 minutes, or until desired strength of brew.
