Tasting Notes: Vegetal, Sweet Greens & Vanilla

Origin: Tencha & Kabuse, Shizuoka Prefecture (Japan)

80°C + 1/2 teaspoon + whisk for 30 seconds

Pour 250ml of 80°C water over 1/2 teaspoon of matcha powder (approx. 2.5g of tea). Whisk in an 'M' shape for 30 seconds, or until the powder has dissolved into the water.
