Used in Japanese tea ceremonies, this traditional bamboo whisk (or ‘chasen’) is carefully crafted to make a delicious cup of frothy and smooth matcha every time.

Pour 250ml of 80°C water over 1/2 teaspoon of matcha powder (approx. 2.5g of tea). Using the whisk, make an 'M' shape through the brew for 30 seconds, or until the powder has dissolved into the water.
