Roaring Fire, Festive Tunes and a Pot of Xmas Tea

Roaring Fire, Festive Tunes and a Pot of Xmas Tea

December 10, 2015

Christmas is very nearly upon us and how better to make the most of the festive season than a pot of Christmas Tea! At Born Wild Tea we have spent the past few months searching for the perfect winter loose leaf tea blends and here they are:

Praline Brownies – for the chocolate lovers

A delicious blend of rooibos, cocoa peel and pistachios – think nutty dark chocolate. This tea brews a deep red colour and has a rich nut taste. If you are craving chocolate this Christmas try brewing a pot of this tea to settle your sweet tooth.

Orange Spice Cake – for the chai tea lovers

A sweet and spicy blend of rooibos, honeybush, orange peel, liquorice and star anise. This tea has a very ‘chai-like’ flavour and looks great with its large pieces of star anise and orange peel.

Mulled Wine – for the… well… mulled wine lovers

A herbal blend of apple, hibiscus, star anise, cinnamon, rose hip, almonds and bourbon vanilla. A pot of this tea will warm you up from head to toe! Make a pot over Christmas time and your home will smell of wonderful winter spices. A perfect option for the designated drivers or even children, this tea does really taste like mulled wine.

If you are undecided on which loose leaf tea to try there is always the ‘Xmas All Around’ gift bag, which comes with our three winter teas and a gingerbread tea infuser.

So, sit by a roaring fire, blast some festive tunes and enjoy a steaming pot of loose leaf tea this Christmas!
